Hotel a Pocono Summit

“My room was in excellent condition. They are working on remodeling this hotel but I must have gotten one of the newly finished rooms. We did not have time to use any of the extras that came with the room except breakfast and it was a good selection and the area was very clean.”

“We had a very good stay at the Baymont for two nights. The common areas and especially our room were very clean. The staff was great and very polite. The Lounge was great to visit for the food, the drinks, and the bartenders. The property is definitely a bit dated and if you get a hot tub room just be aware there isn't a wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, just a shower curtain on either side of the hot tub.”

“I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was honestly horrible and very upsetting for my family. When we first walked into the hotel, we noticed dog hair all over the couch. I brushed it off because I understand people travel with pets and tried not to make a big deal about it. Later that night around 11 PM, my husband went into the bathroom and turned on the light when he saw a roach come out from the sink. “Staff very nice, but they tend to hide. Overall a decent hotel, basic breakfast and clean. Perfect for my needs. Did not have time for the pool or fitness center. The one thing that disappointed me, and this is probably on me for not checking further, was that I requested a room with a fireplace. I got one, presuming it would be a gas burner with a switch. Nope. A real wood burning fireplace. I did not go looking for wood. ”
